Oglethorpe Women's Basketball Camps
Frisby joined Oglethorpe in the summer of 2012 after previously serving as the women's assistant basketball coach at Rhodes College from 2008-12. She has served under two head coaches at Oglethorpe, coaching a team that has more than doubled their win total over the last two years from the previous two.
During her time with Rhodes, they compiled an overall record of 54-51, which included a record of 18-9 in 2011-12. Rhodes also qualified for the conference tournament every season during her four years and finished the 2011-12 season ranked third nationally in turnovers per game.
A 2008 graduate of the University of Alabama, Frisby has a Bachelor's of Education and majored in exercise and sport science with concentrations in business, fitness and coaching.
Jack Richey comes to Oglethorpe with more than 15 years of coaching experience at the AAU and high school levels in the Metro Atlanta area. From 2005-07, Jack was the lead assistant coach under John Speeney at Centennial High School, and had the opportunity to coach SEC ESPN Network analyst Maria Taylor. After a brief stint at Milton High School in 2008, Jack returned to Centennial in 2009 to work under Oglethorpe alum Allen Whitehart as a member of the men’s coaching staff. He returned to the women’s side the following year in 2010 and served under Head Coach Bob White for the past three seasons until joining the Oglethorpe staff this season.
He graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Jack currently resides in Alpharetta, Ga., with his wife, Jodie, and is the father of Head Coach Alex Richey and his older brother, Jack.
